Zahra Ziaie Moayyed is a well-regarded real estate lawyer, with extensive experience as counsel on a wide variety of real estate matters. In addition to her broad residential and commercial transactional practice, which includes the purchase, sale, leasing and financing of all types of properties, Ms. Ziaie Moayyed provides strategic advice and representation on development projects and zoning and land use planning matters for both individuals and businesses. She is also a sought-after dispute resolution professional, acting as a mediator and facilitator in the service of managing, transforming and resolving conflicts.

As counsel on complex, multiphase matters with multiple parties, she is recognized for her ability to anticipate and navigate challenges with finesse. She works diligently to foster collaboration and cooperation, always focused on protecting and advancing her clients' interests.

Ms. Ziaie Moayyed received her J.D. from the University of Toronto in 2010, and her B.C.L. (First Class) from the University of Oxford in 2012. She began her legal career at a Seven Sisters law firm on Bay Street, and was head of the Real Estate Law Group of a Toronto multi-service law firm for approximately 10 years before founding ROSEFINCH, a boutique real estate law firm.

Ms. Ziaie Moayyed frequently lectures at the Law Society of Ontario, the Ontario Bar Association, the Toronto Lawyers Association, and LAWPRO on topics ranging from residential mortgage financing, to roll-overs in the context of real estate transactions, to marriage contract clauses dealing with the matrimonial home, to joint tenancy and trust claims.
